My name's Spenser and as long as I can remember I've loved food. Ever since I became a teenager I started staying up late for whatever reason, whether it was for studying, homework, parties, or just waking up in the middle of the night. And usually around midnight I get really hungry which calls for a late-night visit to the kitchen. Recently I've been wondering what the best midnight snacks are as well as new recipes and ideas for my late-night encounters with the fridge, which has inspired me to create this blog.
I really like the concept of this blog. I also enjoy eating late at night and sometimes I have trouble coming up with things to eat. I feel like this blog could really help me with my problem. great start.
ReplyDeleteI agree with Sofina Hussein, great blog concept. I love midnight snack and on top of that I have a big sweet tooth. Not to long ago I was craving Ice cream, but since I'm trying to eat healthier, I have to make compromises. The other night I sliced up a banana and spread almond butter on it... it was delicious. You can even put them in the freezer for an hour or two. Its so good and healthy.
